Peace for Stressed People

Something I've learned a lot about along the way is how to find peace no matter what goes on around, and I think it's something that is needed right now. People are getting more and more stressed, and we are feeling all the resultant affects of that. Then there is the 'financial crisis' and what people felt secure in is being challenged.

 

So I decided to pass along what I have learnt. Here is a simple guide to how
