Life Coaching with a difference
I do "Life Coaching with a difference", the difference being
all my experience and training in NLP Psychotherapy and Evolutional
Kinesiology. Both NLP and Evo-K are incredibly powerful and
quick ways to help us change and clear away what gets in
the way of us creating a life we dream of. They are also
great at helping us define what we actually want.
Imagine you are born as a precious jewel with great
potential to have the life of your dreams, and that as
you grow up more and more dirt gets thrown at you in the
form of pain and negative experiences. This covers up
who you really are and that creates stress and stops you
from feeling good and knowing what you want. I see my
job as helping you remove all that dirt so that your
dream life unfolds naturally. When you have nothing
interfering with you being who you are meant to be then
life is easier.
Another way of looking at it is that all those negative
events leave emotional bruises, and you go through life
either reacting to those bruises being touched, or
avoiding then being touched, eg. if you fear being
rejected you either become stressed at any perceived
rejection, or avoid situations you could be rejected.
This limits your enjoyment and achievements in life. By
healing those bruises not only will you be happier, and
be clearer in what you want, but you will also have more
time and energy to create the life you dream of. Think
about how restricted you are if you are injured.
When I work with you I will use a lot of experience and
training to enable me to tailor it to suit you and your
situation. Not everyone fits into one formula or style.

More info on NLP
NLP is about how the brain works, how we work, and
how we can use that knowledge to re-programme ourselves
to how we are meant to be. We are born, in essence,
without any programming and are then at the whim of the
people and experiences we encounter growing up. Unless
you know how to choose for yourself how you want to be
then you will be influenced by others. This
may sound quite clinical but our mind and bodies work in
patterns, or programs - if not we would have to think
about everything we do, instead of doing some things
unconsciously.
NLP can work quickly as it doesn't need you to talk
about your 'problems' in order to change.
It also incorporates hypnotherapy, which I have also
trained in, however in my experience I have found
Evo-K to be more powerful and
effective than hypnotherapy. Please feel free to contact

NLP in a nutshell
NLP Psychotherapy - after training as an NLP Master
Practitioner I then spent another 2 years training as a
psychotherapist so that I could use those skills to help
people in emotional pain in the best, and most ethical
way possible. Although I no longer work with people in
distress or with severe mental health issues this
experience enhances the work I now do, especially when
dealing with anxiety, stress or depression.
Please note I do not do counselling, the
sessions are about you changing rather than talking in
depth about your feelings or the past. Different
therapies suit different people and my approach is that
you can heal painful experiences without endlessly talking about
them.
What to expect
Individual sessions usually last an hour, and you can
choose what it is you wish to work on. The style I use
will be a combination of what you feel most comfortable
with and what I think will work the quickest and most
effective way for you. I am skilled at being able to
quickly hone in on what will serve you best.
I can choose from NLP Psychotherapy, Evolutional
Kinesiology®, Brief Therapy, CBT,
EFT, Motivational interviewing,
Energy healing, The Journey, hypnotherapy and many many other techniques
I have learnt along the way. Which ever we use the session is confidential, and it is
my job to ensure you feel comfortable. I also aim to teach you how to help yourself, rather than
you having to keep coming back to see me, so you will often
have things to practise or research between sessions.
Some people only need one session, but many will have 2
-3. This will depend on what it is you want but I can advise
you when we first meet. There is also no set frequency, you
may wish to come weekly, or monthly - which ever suits you
best. I am happy to offer e-mail support in between too.
